We are recruiting for a Service Manager to join our team at Honiton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within our Aftersales team, leading a busy Service Department and working with a great team of skilled engineers.

The role is central to our customer relationships and we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, support and develop the team and ensure we continue to deliver the high level of service our customers expect.

You’ll be responsible for driving the performance of the department, meeting profitability and business targets and managing our engineers working across the full range of CLAAS machinery and our other franchise products.

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a strong team player and a positive leader, with the enthusiasm to develop both our people and the service side of the business.
