We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Redruth.

This is a great opportunity to join our busy Parts Department, playing an important role in supporting our customers and helping to keep the department running efficiently.

The role is customer-facing and varied, with responsibilities including dealing with customer enquiries, answering incoming calls, receiving incoming goods, administration of purchased goods and providing day-to-day support within the warehouse.

You’ll be working with a range of CLAAS machinery and our other franchise products, liaising with both customers and colleagues to ensure we continue to provide the high level of service our customers expect.

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, enjoys working as part of a team and has good attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll have an agricultural or engineering background, or a genuine interest in agriculture and machinery. IT skills are also important, although full training will be provided both internally and externally.
